Field Lacrosse Equipment

Equipment supplied by Player:*

Co-ed/Youth Field Lacrosse Equipment

• Helmet with face shield (both items CSA or NOCSAE approved)
• Mouth guard
• Lacrosse stick; big sticks for field may be supplied by LMLA
• Gloves (lacrosse specific are preferred but hockey gloves are okay)
• Shoulder/chest pads
• Kidney guard
• Elbow/forearm slash guards
• Molded cleat footwear
• Athletic support (boys must wear a “Jock” with plastic cup and girls must wear a “Jill”)

Women's Field Lacrosse Equipment

• Women's field lacrosse stick
• Protective eye wear (lacrosse goggles)
• Mouth guard
• Athletic support (Jill)
• Molded cleat footwear

*Changes to equipment rules happen. Always check with your coach to make sure you're properly equipped to play.

Equipment supplied by the Association:

All Divisions

• Game pinnie (loaned to players)
• Game shorts (yours to keep)
• Goalie equipment (stick, chestpad and leg pads) with the exception of: helmet, gloves or mouth guard.
